As I was doing some researching on Amazon.com, I came across this particular fantastic cat tree condo gym set. It’s a fantastic buy at such an inexpensive price, for the quality.There are lots of great rave reviews on Amazon about this item as well!

First of all, this cat tree comes in a pretty creamy off-white color that goes with just about any decor. It’s got two play house perches for your cats or kittens and also comes with stair climbers which might be helpful very old cats, so they can move to the different levels with ease.

This cat tree condo gym looks expensive as well as classy, even though it is quite inexpensive. It’s made with solid wood with a beautiful grain instead of particle board which is a great thing. It’s wrapped with incredibly super-soft carpeting that’s easy to clean, not typical regular carpeting. One person says it almost feels like microfiber. This is probably much safer for kittys than regular carpeting, as some health experts have reported that carpet actually contains formaldehyde, and releases those fumes on a continuing basis for years.

This cat gym tree also appears to be very simple to assemble. Takes about 15 minutes to put together and only two tools are needed and those tools are included in the set as well. It is packed very well in a quite small box. All the screw holes are pre-threaded with metal and not typical plastic.  Most people that wrote reviews wrote about how simple and quick the assembly was.

It surprisingly doesn’t take a lot of space, and will fit comfortably even in an apartment. . And the great thing about this cat gym is that every single pole is also a cat scratcher! The posts are wrapped with sisal twine which is actually preferred by cats for scratching. The twine is also of a good quality. It’s wrapped around all the posts so there’s no lack of scratching places.

Customers have said the scratching posts hold up very well. It also comes with hanging toys, but a few people have said they have had to get new hanging toys because the ones that came with the gym fell off quite easily.

One person wrote that every multiple cat houshold should have a cat climber like this! Some have written that they have not seen a gym tree like this anywhere at the regular pet stores.  It’s also a sturdy cat perch gym tree that will hold quite a heavy cat (or two!).

Somebody else wrote that their cats absolutely LOVE this cat tree house, and that they have begun to act like young kittens and playful again as they run up and down and all around it every day. They even sleep on the cat perches all the time now. They also did mention that it took a day for their cats to get used to the tree being in the house, so what they did was sprinkle catnip on it and then they were all over it and since have hardly left it!

Another person wrote that they live in an apartment and was somewhat worried about the space the cat jungle tree gym would take up, but was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t take over their room, and that it is large, but unassuming as well. The cats love the view from the top (at around 6 feet)!

And yet someone else wrote that this cat condo was phenomenal -  the Rolls Royce of  kitty condo gyms with exceptional quality that you won’t find at any of the popular pet stores and that there wasn’t a better kitty condo gym out there that beats this price.
